British Airways Athletics Club: i-Spy List and Instructions (FINAL version 19th June)

This is NOT a competitive event. So the instructions are simple. This weekend, of 20th June on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, run or walk for as long as you like in a single exercise session (which can include breaks) on your own, with your household, or with up to five others, and as you go tick off any of the following that you see: [you could print this page, or use the Facebook list live (with data connection)]

EXTRA Something unusual for which you must take a photograph

Note - the "R" and "U" ("Rural" and "Urban") subgroups have no meaning - all participants can spot items from both lists. Most of these items are things that you are not guaranteed to see on a planned run or walk - that is deliberate. Where a number of items is specified "Two or more..." or if two different items are specified in the same bullet then you must see the items in the same "photographic" view (though you do not need to take a photograph). So for instance seeing two separate magpies on different occasions, or seeing one magpie in front of you and another behind you, does NOT count as "Two magpies".

Update the new list in Facebook or submit to news@barunner.org.uk by 19:00 on Monday 22nd June and include the list of items ticked off. Also post or attach ONE photograph of the most unusual item seen.
