BAAC Parkway mile 11th July 2012

In variable weather, we set out for the parkway mile start line, only for it to rain part way along Church road, ensuring those without brollys/waterproofs got wet. Fortunately the start/finish line is under cover enabling the timekeepers to stay a little drier unlike the runners. 9 Brave souls ventured out, with the results as follows. I was informed that shortly after we made it back to the clubhouse the sun came out for those doing a post race warm down run. Hopefully the weather will be kind for the Standard Chartered tonight (Thurs 12th) {post script - it wasn't!!!}.
