Surrey League Mens Final Match Results

The final mens Surrey League match took place on a snowy Lloyd Park course last Saturday. We had 8 runners and two injured spectators. The vast majority of the park was covered in snow but there were a few slippery mud patches. Paul Knechtl led the team home with another fine run finishing a very commendable 7th overall. He was followed in by an improving Gary Rushmer in 35th and John Taylor in 75th place who pulled away from yours truly on the second lap. Teamwise we were 8th on the day but unable to improve on our 9th overall position. I would like to thank everyone who has turned up and run this season as it has involved a fair amount of travelling.
