nights are track training nights and from tonight 6pm start at Hillingdon track
, Gatting Way, Uxbridge.
next 6 Mondays, training will consist of 1 lap gentle warm up and stretching
exercises x 4 to start.
Strides x 4 and then 200m run with 200m jog x 4 . Warm down laps to finish.
Gradually over the weeks will increase the distances and no of repartitions.
of entry to the track is £2 85 , for the over 60ís £1.50.
